Dear Jesus, our redeemer, our hope, our help, and our salvation.
We humbly come to you with our prayer.
We come to you praying for our neighbors.
We come to you praying that we may live in a peaceful society.
We come to you seeking insight and discernment.
We come to you praying for the holy changes.
We pray for children and families who have become refugees and seek a new town to live in.
We pray for those who seek employment, income, benefits, support, a person or community who cares.
We pray that you heal all human families.
We pray for your servants.
We pray for those who seek peace in nations.
Teach us to live in a diverse community with love for our neighbor.
We pray for the presidents and leaders of various governments.
May they may be able to do what is right and practice compassion.
Inspire them to do your will.
May they be able to make decisions and form policies to truly help the people of this world.
Jesus, our redeemer, our hope, our help, and our salvation.
Now we entrust to you our families and friends, all who have asked for our prayers, who pray for us.
We lift these names up to you in silence:
We pray for our personal concerns and needs.
Hear our silent prayers:
You are our redeemer.
You gather us here as your redeemed communities.
Instill in us habits, virtues and skills that we may serve you and your mission.
Discipline our mind and heart with your knowledge and faith.
Nourish our calling so that we may follow you, Jesus, our hope, our help, and our salvation.
We pray this in the name of Jesus the Christ Our Lord.
